Apocalyptic Cryptozoology

It is common for humans to fear what we do not know. With technology advancing at an exponential rate, we are beginning to see more apocalyptic root movies that demonstrate an uncertainty of the future of technology in relation to human kind. Religion has always been a way to cope with uncertainty including the beginnings and eventual end of man. These prints, each an interpretation of one stage of the apocalypse, use the imagery of cryptozoological creatures as robots set within the context of illuminated initials to reference these themes. Through the choice of bright colors and style of imagery, they become satires of the paranoia humans have about technology and the unknown.
